Indian Moon Silkmoth

This is an immensely attractive moth with long trailing "tails" yet easy to rear and popular amongst beginners for both beauty and size. The green larvae reach lengths of 100mm LFP. Walnut, Lilac, Hawthorn, Apple, Plum, Willow, Birch, Viburnum, during winter rearing Rhododendron, Escallop, or evergreen Oak . Perfect species for school project. Highly recommended. Depending on supply we may have ova/larvae in late Autumn and again in Spring..
